L'immigrazione come risorsa, combattere la paura del diverso, ricchezza della diversità. Sono begli slogan ma purtroppo difficilmente sono tramutatili in pratiche buone perchè ci si lascia attirare dalle operazioni di immagine, vari tavoli, osservazioni, cabine di regia...
In Italia e all'estero esistono però buone pratiche che ho avuto la fortuna di poter studiare ed approfondire all'interno dei miei vari studi di Sociologia ed Educazione.
Il Portiere Sociale
All'interno di quartieri particolarmente disagiati, a Trieste, è stata proposta la figura del Portiere-Educatore.
