During this mandate were born Agencies for Training and Employment Guidance in the Province of Milan. For the layman there are seven special agencies set up to 33% from the provincial capital and the remaining 66% equity of the involved municipalities, their job is to manage the whole game on orientation to employment, vocational training and employment centers in the discussion also touched tangentially job placement for the vulnerable. The establishment of these agencies have on the one hand led to a simplification to date have accepted them all the various municipal bodies and consortia, the other should take a more roots in the districts. But the agencies are a tool, not the solution to the problem of training and work.

Una possibile risposta potrebbero essere i poli formativi, luoghi, cioè, dove si incrociano pubblico e privato: attraverso il Polo formativo si cerca, da un lato, di dare continuità e spessore all’offerta di carattere tecnico/tecnologico/professionale, dall’altro, di prendersi carico, per così dire, di tutta la formazione necessaria in rapporto ai settori productive / professional time to time identified.
