Spuntino : una caramella al caffè (5 cal)Pranzo : un hamburger medio di carne magra ( 112 cal) + 30 gr di finocchio scondito ( 3 cal)
Merenda : 30 gr di fragole senza zucchero (8 cal) + 5-6 patatine al bacon _non ho resistito_ ( 35 cal ?)
Cena : 30 grams of turkey breast (32 cal) + 10 g of potatoes without oil (31 cal) + a thin slice of Galbanino (33 cal) + a bite of bread (25 cal?)
Total: 443 cal
And I did it ... and oh well, what matters is that I still held under the 450.

I think about going to eat it:
Breakfast: 2 slices bread (58 cal) + unsweetened green tea (2 cal)
Snack: apple (67 cal)
Lunch: 2 slices to 5 grain bread (125 cal) + 20 grams of turkey breast (25 cal)
Snack: banana (99 cal)
Dinner: 2 slices of bread to five grains (125 cal) + 20 g ham ( 85 cal)
For a total of 586 cal ... to be a trip out of town and to be Saturday, but it seems to me a lot!
