Girls I've decided that despite the blowout on Saturday, including some I'm going to weigh myself at the pharmacy.
As I said, I do not have a scale so I must be content with not knowing exactly my weight as drugs weigh you clothes!
I wanted to avoid wear on me, because for sure they are fat, but can not stand not knowing how much weight. Put it this way, I will see what I got as a punishment and as a warning to avoid binge again.
This morning I started doing free body exercises to tone up a bit ... I should have burned about 250 cal in an hour. I think it will repeat every day or at least three times a week. Colazione : una barretta ai cereali (87 cal) + a little sugar, coffee (12 cal)
Snack: air
Lunch: 40 grams of beef fillet (51 cal) + 30 grams of plain carrots (10 cal) + a morsino Parmesan ( 15 cal)
Snack: air
Dinner: a small slice of provolone (78 cal) + 20 grams of lean ham (74 cal) + a piece of bread (50 cal)
Total: 377 cal

58 kg! Yay!
are not put on weight! Whereas I was dressed (only the shoes weigh more than a kg), whereas I am not of the body by as many as 10 days, I have a huge belly and swollen laxatives are not doing anything, considering the Saturday's blowout, I'd say no I just can not complain!
small mishaps: my mom is back from the monthly expenditure, and the house is flooded with very good stuff to eat *.*
Cotolettine, chips, Pan di stelle, brioscine al cioccolato, pasta, crostini, prosciutto...eccetera, eccetera, eccetera...
Devo resistere (anche se ho appena mangiato una manciata di patatine)...ce la devo fare!!!
Però i Pan di stelle li mangio. Hanno 37 cal per biscotto, quindi credo che 2 o 3 a colazione (evitando di accostarli al latte ma prendendo il tè senza zucchero), posso concedermeli!!
Però devo dire che mia mamma è stata carinissima questa volta, ha anche comprato tantissime cose per la dieta!! Formaggini mio (solo 36 cal ognuno!), passati di verdure, sottilette light, fragole, kiwi, yogurth light...
