Why Is My Quad Back Firing?

Another weekend to forget ...

Non c'è molto da dire, a parte che non dimagrisco...visto che mangio per giorni come un pulcino e per altri come una persona normale...

I decided not to show me from my friends until Saturday. I retreat to study and engage with the diet ... I want to get back on line. Going out every night and end up smoking, risking starvation and chemical awake like a zombie at 11 o'clock in the morning does not bring me to study and concentrate a lot.

Tomorrow I avoid wear on me ... I want to engage with the diet and see results. I will weigh on Saturday.

Dinner: 50 grams of roasted chicken breast (48 cal) + 30 g fennel (3 cal) + 1 biscuit cereal (22 cal)
