The news at the beginning left me puzzled as I wondered who it is that determines whether it is minor? That is, in simple terms what the hell does that mean? To a lesser extent perhaps you mean all the abuses that flow into the flesh? Specific dates or strokes more or less emphasis to the child? Crazy!
