diet ... I try?

Ragazze mi sento davvero a terra...perchè cacchio ho smesso di dimagrire??
Sto davvero facendo una dieta da fame...ormai non supero più le 500 cal eppure ieri sera mi sono pesata a casa del mio ragazzo ed ho visto per l'ennesima volta i 58 kg segnati sulla bilancia.

Domattina comunque è il giorno della pesata in farmacia...mi basterebbe anche essere scesa di qualche etto, vedere i 57 sulla bilancia mi farebbe sentire davvero meglio.

Come da titolo, vorrei provare la tanto chiacchierata abc diet. Le opinioni che ho letto sui vostri blog e su internet in generale, mi scoraggiano. Sembra molto difficile portarla avanti per 50 giorni e sembra rallenti il metabolism. I honestly do not think we can have a slower metabolism of my ... 15 days of AD to 450 cal (only a binge of 2000 cal), green tea and more movement and I did not lose a measly gram. In thirty days I lost only 2 kg.

I'm really sad and desperate. I'll never be thin ...


I would blow it to hell and go back to eating what I want ... but I do not think of now ... I do nothing but make it count , calculate and subtract ... now I feel guilty about eating anything ... I'm finding it "too much" also my 450 cal day ... I am satisfied only when I have cramps.


Given the situation I believe that given a chance to 'abc diet is not bad ... so it does not work, I have nothing to lose ...
Today 'abc marked 500 cal and I seem to have got there ... I have given a chop for lunch!
But first the place to be Saturday and Sunday.

shit: a licorice (2 cal)
Dinner: a dozen chips in the bag (70 cal) + salad stirs and tastes Bonduelle (193 cal)

Total: 393 cal

Snack: air
Lunch: 40 grams of meat with some sauce (81 cal) + 30 g lettuce (6 ga) + 7 pistachios (40 cal) + two bites of chocolate cake (128 cal) + a little sweetened coffee (16 cal)
Snack: 2 liquorice (4 cal)
Dinner: a cereal bar (87 cal) + tuc a package of crackers (140 cal)

Total: 502 cal

Breakfast: 100 grams of fat stuffer yogurt (77 cal)
Snack: air
Lunch: 100 grams of spinach and chicken cutlet baked (279 cal) + 30 grams of carrots (10 cal) + a bite of bread (40 cal)
Snack: 60 grams of kiwi (26 cal)
Cena : 50 gr di petto di pollo arrosto (48 cal) + 30 gr di melanzane con poco olio (15 cal)


Totale : 495 cal
Giretto per blog...spero voi stiate meglio...
